The hiring process includes, but is not limited to:

• Interview with Owners of Heritage Home Health Care
• Evaluation of practical skills, literacy, integrity, and personality
• Background screening of two (2) work references and two (2) personal references
• Competence testing
• License / Certificate Verification
• Criminal background check (C.O.R.I.)
